Branson Brade guides clients in evaluating Business Continuity programmes. He emphasises team integration and mutual respect for successful client engagement, and has been instrumental in advancing inclusion within our ranks.

Branson is a Manager within the Technology Consulting practice, supporting Technology Risk and Resilience (TR&R). Branson's role includes guiding clients through evaluating the effectiveness of current state Business Continuity programmes, ranging from executing business impact analyses to facilitating Executive Tabletop Exercises

Through local networking programmes, Branson has been proactive in reaching out to interns, even before they set foot in the office. In so doing, he sets expectations and builds connections that last well beyond their internships. Not stopping at interns, Branson extends his hands-on approach to new hires as well, ensuring they’re aware of and feel included in Protiviti’s supportive environment.

Within the Houston Office, Branson is part of a Training Committee dedicated to the continued upskilling and development of team members. “I’m an advocate for Training Committee events that focus on demystifying what it means to converse with leadership and instead builds relationships with intent, such as their MD Fireside Chats,” details Branson. Branson recognises the strength of Protiviti’s people and their documented internal knowledgebase. These resources proved invaluable during the start of his career with the firm, and he has focused on ensuring graduate hires and new employees have access to tools, databases and knowledge that maximise their potential in delivering for clients.

Branson, as a co-leader of education initiatives within Protiviti’s Black Employee Inclusion Network Group (BEING), enhances client solutions through inclusion. His initiatives foster innovation and problem-solving, adding value to client engagements.
